Mark Baron Cella was born, Dec 1 1971 in the US Panama Canal zone and raised there until the age of seven as the second son of a devoted Navy Chief Petty Officer. After his father retired from the Navy in 1980 the family settled in the San Diego area. He grew up listening to almost everything from everywhere; from the world beat and cantus from Panama to the Beach Boys and Bob Marley who were popular with the surf culture he also gravitated in Southern California
The one thing you don't want to ignore during this time of excitement and responsibility is your health. Don't let exhaustion from work, volunteering, or travel sap your energy. Remember to eat right and to make time in your schedule for healthy physical activity. Whether it's walking, jogging, swimming, working out in the gym, or taking part in a seasonal sport, find a regular activity and be a faithful participant.
With all the good news you have to look forward to, be sure to avoid negative actions such as being too pushy, judgmental, or rigid.
