Mark A. Cella is also developing a new web portal for the label with downloads, mp3’s artist info and advance ticket sales. Another new component of the site will be direct links to charities and causes associated with the artists. Mark Cella says “We wanted the artists and fans to be able to interact and take the movement from the concert to the streets.”
The still unnamed new web venture will launch sometime in the spring of 09’.
When it comes to documents this month, it's best to consult an expert before signing on that bottom line. Hasty or rash decisions could result in conflicts down the road and circumstances you could do without.
At any rate, the most important aspect of this month is your diligent attention and effort. Dropping the ball will only leave you feeling unfulfilled and unhappy. Instead, envision yourself on a crusade with an important mission to accomplish. Put in the time to learn all the details and study the options. You will then have the necessary facts and knowledge to achieve your success.

I discussed all your positive influences, but you also have to be on the lookout not to allow yourself to become negative. Otherwise, you could become confused and indecisive--when you come to that fork in the road you won't begin to know which path to take. Negativity on your part could also cause delays, the ending of a business, or plain ol' general unhappiness. Don't question your great mental capability now or allow any negative thoughts in.

Cella Still Rockin!
Mark Baron Cella was born, Dec 1 1971 in the US Panama Canal zone and raised there until the age of seven as the second son of a devoted Navy Chief Petty Officer. After his father retired from the Navy in 1980 the family settled in the San Diego area. He grew up listening to almost everything from everywhere; from the world beat and cantus from Panama to the Beach Boys and Bob Marley who were popular with the surf culture he also gravitated in Southern California
The one thing you don't want to ignore during this time of excitement and responsibility is your health. Don't let exhaustion from work, volunteering, or travel sap your energy. Remember to eat right and to make time in your schedule for healthy physical activity. Whether it's walking, jogging, swimming, working out in the gym, or taking part in a seasonal sport, find a regular activity and be a faithful participant.
With all the good news you have to look forward to, be sure to avoid negative actions such as being too pushy, judgmental, or rigid. Remember, your ideas are sound, but they aren't the only ones worth hearing or trying. If you give in to negative traits, you can expect bad news, broken contracts, loss, or indecision. Instead look for strength from words such as RESPONSIBLE, SELF-CONFIDENT, and BALANCED.

However, in taking this leadership position you'll have to be careful not to appear selfish or demanding which could only increase the level of disagreements and ultimately result in failure for whatever projects are involved.
Your judgment will be more acute than usual during this cycle. You'll be amazed by how clearly you can "see" different aspects of situations that previously seemed invisible. This is an opportunity to learn from past mistakes and successes. At the same time, if you have ANY doubts, consult a professional before forging ahead.

This is a great time to pursue interesting business deals or to take on additional responsibilities in your life. Feel confident. Your experience and skills have reached a sound level. Just remember, this is a period of Karma where "as ye sow, so shall ye reap." Funny thing. The opposite also applies to slackers. If the latter applies to you, it's time to make amends, my friend.
If you've ever wanted to start a part-time business on the side, write a book, or pursue a long-time hobby for profit, give it a try. But while financial gain could be just around the corner, be aware that costs are involved too. Go into the situation with research and facts to back up your ideas. Then get ready to turn possibilities into realities!

This is the beginning of a very interesting period for you. Decisions that you make from now until the end of the year will have quite an impact on your life during the next SEVERAL years.
Getting back to the present, however, the key words for you this month are LOVE and COOPERATION. These words are especially important in areas of romance, friendship, business, or legal dealings. Plain and simple. Your happiness will depend on LOVE.
Take a deep breath and fight the urge to be stubborn JUST to prove a point. The issues you have been dealing with may be emotionally charged and you MUST be aware of the strong tendency this month to base your decisions on emotional values rather than intellectual ones.

Many family matters will surface this month. Children and older people especially will require a loving heart during this time. They may be feeling alone, unwanted, or unloved. One thing you CAN give to these heartsick people is your love and friendship. Take some time to visit an older person who may have little companionship or play with your niece or nephew. If you can be there to teach, pacify, and show your acceptance, it WILL make a difference. Remember, your happiness is directly correlated to love.

That's Right
Mark Cella's experience in the recording studio re-ignited his love of composing and recording and Mark took a sabbatical from the theatre in 2000 and began to record his own songs and producing several bands in the Chicago area including 13 Nightmares and Brain. Brain's single "Torture" charted well reaching top 100 status on college radio stations from Boston to Seattle. "Not bad for a show tune writer", Mark likes to say.
His success with Brain led to other offers from other up and comers and soon Mark Cella decided to make his move into the music industry in with the 2004 launch of his imprint, Ivar Records and scored right off the bat with Bazooka Girls hit "Make Me". Cross collaborations with members of Limp Biscuit and Travis Barker of Blink 182 on 2006' Mark Cella produced "Ivar Explosion" proved to be a internet sensation getting over 100,000 downloads online. While he has no plans to scrap Ivar Records, he has been in talks to bring a death metal musical to Broadway in 2009 or 2010.

Mark cella Rocks The Stage
His lively original compositions ironically led to Mark Cella putting down his composer's pen to assume his major production debut as musical director for a national touring production of Grease in 1995. Fourteen months on the road with the production earned him valuable experience and industry contacts that led Mark B. Cella to the long running Chicago based production of Phantom of the Opera from 1997 to 1999 and also wound up producing the cast album for the show.
This experience in the recording studio re-ignited his love of composing and recording and Mark took a sabbatical from the theatre in 2000 and began to record his own songs and producing several bands in the Chicago area including 13 Nightmares and Brain. Brain's single "Torture" charted well reaching top 100 status on college radio stations from Boston to Seattle. "Not bad for a show tune writer", Mark likes to say.
